Refund policy

We want you to feel confident and comfortable with your Studio 55 purchase. If something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn and unused items
For hygiene reasons, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags attached
Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
A small processing fee may apply when refunding to the original form of payment

Return options and fees may vary by country or region
U.S. and select Canada regions: Pre-paid return labels are available
Other regions: returns can be shipped using a carrier of your choice (we recommend tracked shipping)
Depending on your order and selected return method, processing fees may apply

Exchanges are available within 30 days for unworn items returned in their original packaging and condition
Exchange availability is subject to stock
